【中文摘要】 采用改良酚紅(PSP)含量測定法,分別以正常、新新的明負(fù)荷、腎上腺素負(fù)荷小鼠為實(shí)驗(yàn)研究模型,探索白靈菇對小鼠胃排空的影響。結(jié)果表明：白靈菇提取液(5．00 g．kg-1)1次性ig給藥可顯著抑制正常小鼠的胃排空(P＜0．01)；對腎上腺素負(fù)荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制沒有明顯的促進(jìn)作用(P＞0．05)；對新斯的明負(fù)荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢進(jìn)也沒有明顯的拮抗作用(P＞0．05)。

【英文摘要】 Applying the reformatory content mensuration of PSP and taking the rats with healthy and neostigmine-treated and adrenaline-treated as research model to explore the effects of Pleurotus nebrodensis on the rats'Gastric Emptying Function(GEF).The results indicate that ig liquid at a single dose extracted from Pleurotus ncbrodensis(5.00 g.kg-1)can remarkably restrain the healthy rats'GEF(P＜0.01)and that there ia no obvious effects on the rats with adrenaline(P＞0.05)and that the liquid shows no noticeable control of gastric emptying hyper-function of the rats with neosfigmine(P＞0.05).
