【中文摘要】 從遼寧省法庫市奧斯達(dá)菌業(yè)有限公司患褐斑病的金針菇病灶上分離篩選得到4個細(xì)菌菌株,采用回接感染實驗法證明細(xì)菌05Y和05N兩個菌株可不同程度地導(dǎo)致金針菇褐斑病的發(fā)生。通過光電比濁計數(shù)法測定不同濃度的克菌對金針菇褐斑病病原菌生長的影響,結(jié)果表明:克菌在濃度為0.75‰時的抑菌活性最佳。
【英文摘要】 Four germs strains were separated and screened from Flammulina velutipes that had caught the brown spot.The germ stubs were offered by AOSIDA Limited Company where it lies in the city of Faku,Liaoning Province.The method of the resumption to infection experiment certificated that germ 05 Ys was different from 05 Ns.The two germs could cause Flammulina velutipes to get sick in different degrees.Through the method of the light electricity muddy count,the effect of the kejun medicine for Flammulina velutipes brown spot pathogenis was measured in different concentration.The result showed that inhibiting activity of kejun medicine was best at concentration for 0.75 ‰.
