【中文摘要】 利用篩選的分離培養(yǎng)基從4個(gè)長(zhǎng)白山松口蘑菌褶中各自分離了菌絲體,應(yīng)用RAPD標(biāo)記對(duì)其真?zhèn)芜M(jìn)行了鑒定。結(jié)果表明:分離的菌絲體是其來源松口蘑子實(shí)體的純培養(yǎng)物;所選培養(yǎng)基可用于松口蘑菌絲體的分離;長(zhǎng)白山松口蘑子實(shí)體之間遺傳差異較大。

【英文摘要】 In this paper,four mycelia were respectively isolated from their lamella of Tricholoma matsutake in Changbai Mt.with selected culture media,which were identified with RAPD Marker.The results showed that isolated mycelia were pure culture of their original fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake,the mycelia of Tricholoma matsutake could be isolated from selected culture media and there were great genetic variances among the fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake in Changbai Mt..
