【中文摘要】 按菌種的生產(chǎn)流程,從原料、環(huán)境、滅菌、接種、發(fā)菌等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)入手,詳盡闡述了菌種生產(chǎn)中造成雜菌污染的原因,并提出了切實(shí)可行的控制措施。
【英文摘要】 The pure culture is very important in the cultivation of edible fungi.However,microbial contamination unavoidably threaten the production of pure culture tremendously.In this paper,we closely integrated the theory and practice,according to the flow of production,such as materials,environment,sterilization,inoculation,germination of fungus and so on,and analyzed the reasons for resulting in microbial contamination and put forward practicable control measures.This would provide theory basis and technique guidance for practitioner.
