【中文摘要】 選取7個(gè)均稱為桑黃的不同形態(tài)的子實(shí)體,對(duì)子實(shí)體分離后得到的純化菌絲體進(jìn)行酯酶同工酶研究。結(jié)果表明,所有菌株在Rf=0.805處出現(xiàn)一條穩(wěn)定一致的共有酶帶,而桑6和桑7具有較近的親緣關(guān)系,其它菌株間的親緣關(guān)系較遠(yuǎn)或者沒有。
【英文摘要】 Seven different appearance shape fruit bodys that all called Phellinus igniarius were selected in this paper,study of esterase isoenzyme from the purification mycelium which separated from seven fruit bodys.the results showed that 1 band in the esterase isoenzyme zymogram at Rf=0.805 was all the same for seven Phellinus igniarius strains tested.Therefor,sang 6 and sang 7 had much nearer affinity,but the others had much farther affinity or had no affinity.
