【中文摘要】 用原子吸收法(AAS)測(cè)定黑脈羊肚菌(Morchellaangusticeps)子實(shí)體及生長土壤微量元素,其結(jié)果是生長土壤微量元素富集量與子實(shí)體中的微量元素富集量都有密切關(guān)系。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、分析快速,測(cè)定結(jié)果令人滿意。
【英文摘要】 In this article,atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) method was used to determinate the microelements in the fruiting bodies of Morchella angusticeps and the vegetative soil.The results showed that there were close relation between the enrichment quantities of the microelements in the vegetative soil and those in the fruiting bodies.The method was proved to be simple and rapid,and the results were satisfactory.
