【中文摘要】 主要研究了紅栓菌和槐耳菌對(duì)硒的耐受力以及菌絲體蛋白對(duì)硒的富集作用。結(jié)果表明,紅栓菌的生長(zhǎng)速率明顯要快于槐耳菌,蛋白質(zhì)富集硒的能力比槐耳菌強(qiáng),但對(duì)硒的敏感性較強(qiáng)。當(dāng)發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中硒的添加量達(dá)到25μg/ml時(shí),對(duì)菌絲體生長(zhǎng)的抑制率最小,且在發(fā)酵初期添加無(wú)機(jī)硒,紅栓菌蛋白質(zhì)富硒能力最強(qiáng),其中蛋白總硒量為255.87μg,蛋白質(zhì)中硒含量為6.40μg/mg。
【英文摘要】 This research pertains to comparison of the tolerance and accumulation of Se between Pycnoporus cinnabarirus and Trametes robiniphila Murr.It showed that growth of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus was faster that of than Trametes robiniphila Murr;and the accumulating Se capability to protein of the former was better than that of the later,however tolerance of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus was very poor.When Se adding up to 25μgSe/ml in the fermentator,the inhibition of the growth came the least.The total quantity and concentration of Se in protein of Pycnoporus cinnabarirus were 255.87μg and 6.40μg/mg,respectively.
