【中文摘要】 通過(guò)水、酸、堿三種浸提法從茶樹菇子實(shí)體提取粗多糖,分別腹腔注射(200mg/kg)免疫小鼠,觀察三種提取物對(duì)小鼠免疫器官重量和腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬功能的影響。結(jié)果顯示:堿提法多糖得率最高(1.45%)。三種多糖提取物免疫組小鼠的脾指數(shù)、吞噬百分率均顯著高于生理鹽水對(duì)照組(P<0.01),吞噬指數(shù)明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),但其胸腺指數(shù)卻顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.01)
【英文摘要】 To study the effects of polysaccharide of Chaxingu on immunological function of normal mouse,three kinds of extraction were obtained by extracting polysaccharide from Agrocybe chaasgu basidiocarp with acid,alkali and water methods.The extraction was then injected into the abdominal cavity of mouse.The results showed that the extracting rate of polysaccharide by alkali method is the most(1.45%).All the three kind of polysaccharide extraction had a remarkable promotion on macrophage(M_Φ)phagocytosis of mouse,and an obvious increasing on the weight of spleen,while an decreasing on the weight of thymus(P<0.01).
