【中文摘要】 采用60Co-γ射線輻照誘變尖端菌絲,在輻照劑量為800Gy和劑量率為27.84Gy/min的條件下選育出一株猴頭菌多糖高產(chǎn)菌株。其拮抗試驗(yàn)和過氧化物酶同工酶試驗(yàn)均證明其為變異株。經(jīng)液體培養(yǎng)其生物量和原始菌株相比提高14.2%,菌絲多糖產(chǎn)量提高2倍。經(jīng)6次傳代培養(yǎng)后,其生物量和菌絲多糖產(chǎn)量較穩(wěn)定,且明顯超過原始菌株,表明其遺傳穩(wěn)定性良好。
【英文摘要】 A high polysaccharide yield strain of Hericium erinaceus was screened through 60Co-gamma irradiation under the condition of 800 Gy of irradiation dose and 27.84 Gy/min of dose rate.It was identified by antagonism test and peroxidase isozyme isozyme electrophoresis.Compared with the original strain,the biology yield increased 14.22% and the polysaccharide yield increased about 2 times in liquid culture.After continuous cultivation for 6 generations,the biology yield and the polysaccharide yield were steady and obviously exceeded the original strain.It showed a good genetic stability.
