【中文摘要】 用南酸棗、禿瓣杜英、馬褂木、麻櫟、錐栗、楓香、銀荊等7個(gè)優(yōu)良菇木樹種的不同年齡樹木木屑作為栽培基質(zhì),選用L26香菇品種做供試菌株,通過香菇總產(chǎn)量、冬菇產(chǎn)量、香菇營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)含量的對比試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,這7種菇木林樹種7年樹齡木屑栽菇香菇的性能優(yōu)于或不低于15年成年樹齡,用南酸棗、禿瓣杜英、馬褂木、麻櫟、錐栗、楓香、銀荊作為經(jīng)營短輪伐期菇木林樹種是可行的。

【英文摘要】 Sawdust made from 7 tree species for mushroom cultivation including Choerospondias axillaries,Elaeocarpus glabripetarus,Liriodendron chinense,Quercus acutissima,Castanea hemrei,Liquidambar formosana and Acacia dealbata at different ages and Lentinula edodes strain L62 were used in this study to understand the relationship between tree ages for mushroom cultivation and the output and qualities of Lentinus edodes.The total output of Lentinus edodes,output of Lentinus edodes in winter and the nutritive components of Lentinus edodes were analysed in the cultivation test.The results indicated these tree species for mushroom cultivation at 7 years old are feasible to be used as good cultivation materials.The results also suggested it is practical to manage mushroom tree forest of short period of cutting in rotation with these tree species.
