【中文摘要】 本文所述用原子吸收法測定巨大口蘑子實體及生長土壤微量元素,其結(jié)果是紅河菌株和思茅菌株子實體的微量元素富集量有較大差異,生長土壤微量元素富集量與子實體中的微量元素富集量都有密切關(guān)系。該方法操作簡便、分析快速,測定結(jié)果令人滿意。
【英文摘要】 In this article,atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)method was used to determinate the microelements in the fruiting bodies of Tricholoma giganteum and the vegetative soil.The results showed that the enrichment quantities of the microelements in the fruiting bodies were significantly differential between the Honghe strains and the Simao strains,and there were close relations between the enrichment quantities of the microelements in the vegetative soil and those in the fruiting bodies.The method was proved to be simple and rapid,and the results were satisfactory.
