【中文摘要】 研究了不同氣密性薄膜袋包裝對(duì)金針菇保鮮效果的影響。結(jié)果表明套袋包裝能有效地抑制金針菇的呼吸代謝和蒸騰作用,減少營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的損失,延長(zhǎng)保鮮壽命;不同氣密性包裝袋對(duì)金針菇的保鮮效果不盡相同,微孔包裝袋的保鮮效果最好,密封包裝袋次之,大孔包裝袋最差,與對(duì)照差異不大;采用微孔袋包裝的金針菇,10℃低溫下貯藏15d,菇體變化不大,褐變極少,無(wú)異味,營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)保持較好。
【英文摘要】 The effects of various packaging on the fresh-keeping of the postharvest Flammulina velutipes were studied.The results indicated that the respiratory rate and transpiration of packaged Flammulina velutipes were obviously inhibited,and the nutrients such as protein,organic acids and soluble solids were kept well,and the shelf-life was prolonged.Lab data also showed that the effects of various packaging on the fresh-keeping of the postharvest Flammulina velutipes were different,the fresh-keeping effects of packaging with micro-perforated was best,packaging with airproof was second,packaging with big-perforated was no good analogous to comparison.At 10℃,the Flammulina velutipes packaged with micro-perforated bag were stored for 15 days,the externality not change,brown less,no peculiar smell and quality keep preferably.
