【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)選用草菇的六個(gè)不同菌株進(jìn)行了菌株間的拮抗性測(cè)定 ,同時(shí)比較了菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、同工酶譜、CMC酶相對(duì)活性和抗霉性。已測(cè)結(jié)果表明 :六個(gè)不同菌株中 ,菌株V3 5與V1 1 2 親緣關(guān)系最近 ,其次是V1 1 8,但都是不同的菌株 ;其次 ,菌株V3 5、V1 1 2 與V1 1 8菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度和CMC酶相對(duì)活性也明顯的高于其它菌株 ,其中V1 1 2 生長(zhǎng)速度最快 ,長(zhǎng)勢(shì)最好 ,但V3 5抗霉性和CMC酶相對(duì)活性較其它菌株好
【英文摘要】 This experiment tested the antagonistic action among six different strains and compared the growth speed of hypha,isoenzyme pattern,CMCase relative activity as well as mithridatism.The experiment shows that among these six different strains,the V35 has the closest genetic relationship with V112 and closer genetic relationship with V118.Meanwhile,compared with the other stains,the strain V35、V112 and V118 have obviously faster hypha growth speed and stronger relative activity of CMCase.Among them,V112has the fastest growth speed and flourishs the most.The mithridatism test and relative activity of CMCase of V112 are better than the others.
