【中文摘要】 對松口蘑 (Tricholomamatsutake)Tm - 3出發(fā)菌株進行紫外誘變處理 ,將菌絲體生長快且茂盛的誘變菌株進行初篩和復篩 ,比較菌絲體生長量和胞內多糖產量 ,篩選出誘變株Tm - 3- 2 1為胞內多糖發(fā)酵的優(yōu)質菌株 ,其胞內多糖產量達 0 6 7mg/mL ,得率是 9 4 1% ,比出發(fā)菌株提高 1 19倍
【英文摘要】 The strain of Tricholoma matsutake Tm-3 was treated with uv-irradiation,then the strains which grew rapidly and abundantly were screened.After analysese of their mycelial growth speeds,mycelial weight and intracellular polysaccharides,the strain Tm-3-21,which intracellular polysaccharides production was 0.67mg/mL and production ratio was 9.41 percent,was selected.Compared with the strain Tm-3,its polysaccharide increased by 119 percent.
