【中文摘要】 分析了溫度環(huán)境因子對(duì)楊樹菇生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響 ,研究結(jié)果表明 :菌絲體營(yíng)養(yǎng)生長(zhǎng)以 2 5~ 2 7℃為最適。原基分化溫度 11~ 16℃ ,子實(shí)體發(fā)育以 13~ 2 6℃最適 ,不同菌株的最適溫度存在差異。通過(guò)對(duì)日平均氣溫與楊樹菇生產(chǎn)周期和產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)的關(guān)系試驗(yàn) ,溫度與病害發(fā)生關(guān)系試驗(yàn) ,用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法得出了楊樹菇各生理階段的最適溫度范圍 ,為楊樹菇的優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)栽培提供了溫度環(huán)境因子的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和調(diào)控依據(jù)。
【英文摘要】 This paper analyses the impacts which environmental factors of temperature make on the growth of Agrocybe aegerita. The research results showed that mycelia grew best at 25-27℃, primordium differentiates at 11-16℃, and their fruiting body formed at their best at 16-26°C, optimum temperature was different to distinct strains. Based on the experiments in the relations among average daily and the growth periods, yields and qualities of Agrocybe aegerita,and the relations between the frequencies of the temperatures and the degrees of the diseases of the Agrocybe aegerita,and also based on the scientific statistics, the optimum temperatures for the best growth of Agrocybe aegerita at each physiological stage could be found out. Hence, these basic data can be the basis of controlling the environmental temperatures for cultivating Agrocybe aegerita of high quality and yield.
