【中文摘要】 本研究通過(guò)三因素三水平的正交試驗(yàn)表明 ,在培養(yǎng)基中添加VB1(2× 10 -6) ,N P K (0 1% ) ,NAA(10× 10 -6) ,最適合秀珍菇菌絲的生長(zhǎng)

【英文摘要】 This experiment based on the plate culture.NAA,complex fertilizer and vitamin B_1 were added into the culture medium.The orthogonal experiments were done with three factors and three levels.It was observed that formulation was fit for the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus hyphae.The results showed that NAA(10×10-6),Vitamin B_1(2×10-6) and complex fertilizer(0.1%)suited to the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus hyphae.
