【中文摘要】 杏鮑菇是一種市場前景非常廣闊的珍稀食用菌 ,試驗證明 ,將本地來源廣泛、價格低廉的木屑、稻草按適當(dāng)比例搭配后作為栽培主料進行熟料覆土栽培 ,可以獲得較好的經(jīng)濟效益。

【英文摘要】 Pleurotus eryngii is a rare and edible fungus with a potential market.The experiment had proved that a good profit would be made from the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii by using the cultivated material mainly made of the wood scraps and straw arranged in proper proportions.
