【中文摘要】 DNA是最重要的遺傳物質(zhì) ,因此 ,DNA的提取方法和技術(shù)是生物化學(xué)及分子生物學(xué)最基本的技術(shù) ,也是生物工程最常用的技術(shù)。為了得到足夠純的食用菌DNA進(jìn)行基因和遺傳操作 ,已經(jīng)報(bào)導(dǎo)了各種各樣的提取DNA的方法 ,但是都比較復(fù)雜。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)多種提取方法對(duì)多種食用菌的研究 ,得出一種操作簡(jiǎn)單 ,不需要昂貴儀器設(shè)備 ,用時(shí)短 ,產(chǎn)品純度高 ,即適合大規(guī)模生產(chǎn) ,又能體現(xiàn)食用菌生物學(xué)特性的食用菌DNA提取技術(shù)
【英文摘要】 DNA is the most important genetic material.So the method and technique of DNA extracting is the basic method for biochemistry,molecular biology and recombinant DNA technology.In order to get enough pure edible fungi DNA samples from different living things for recombinant DNA and genetic management,many methods of DNA extraction have been reported.But these method all are very complex.So a new method of DNA preparation is reported in this paper.This method is got from researches of many extracting ways with kinds of edibles fungi.This method is much simpler,spends very short time,it can be used to prepare DNA product in large scale and it can embody wonderfully the biological nature of edible fungi.
