【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)通過對(duì)四個(gè)人工分離蛹蟲草品種的菌絲體生長情況、子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析 ,結(jié)果顯示 :沈陽人工分離種 (S)為優(yōu)質(zhì)品種 ,武漢 (W )、河南(H)、北京 (B)種為淘汰種。以大米加 4個(gè)蠶蛹為基質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)基子實(shí)體生物學(xué)效率最高 ;液體菌種生長周期短 ,生物學(xué)效率較高
【英文摘要】 The contrast analysis were doing on the growth status of mycelium and the yield of fruitbody of four artificial dissociative Cordyceps militaris varieties.The results showed that:the artificial dissociative variety of Cordyceps militaris from Shenyang was good quality variety,the artificial dissociative varieties of Cordyceps militaris from Wuhan,Henan and Beijing were washed out varieties.The fruitbody had maximal efficiency in the culture medium which were made up of rice and four silkworm pupa.The growh cycle of mycelium in liquid was short,and the biologic efficiency of it was upper.
