【中文摘要】 為降低香菇栽培對(duì)闊葉樹(shù)資源的消耗 ,本文研究了不同栽培基質(zhì)配方原始組分含量、呼吸消耗、基質(zhì)失重對(duì)絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率的影響及不同生育階段木質(zhì)纖維素的生物降解規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明 ,經(jīng)優(yōu)化配比的節(jié)木栽培基質(zhì) ,發(fā)菌階段呼吸消耗失重率為 16 4 4 %~ 17 12 % ,出菇階段木質(zhì)素降解率為 73 83%~ 78 2 4 % ,整個(gè)生育過(guò)程木質(zhì)纖維素降解率為 78 0 9%~ 79 77% ,絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率為 10 2 2 %~ 11 4 1% ;節(jié)木栽培基質(zhì)木質(zhì)素的降解主要發(fā)生在出菇階段 ,其降解率越高 ,絕對(duì)生物學(xué)效率越高 ,但木質(zhì)素的降解率并不隨木質(zhì)素含量的升高而提高 ;木質(zhì)素的降解尚需外源較易利用的碳源啟動(dòng)
【英文摘要】 In order to reduce broad-leaf tree resource consumption in shiitake culture substrate,we have adopteddifferent culture substrates for a study of the influence to absolute biological efficiency by original composition content,respiration consumption and weight loss of substrate and bio-degeneration law of lignocellulose during different growing stages.Result indicates that for the optionally matched sawdust-saving substrate,its weight loss ratio because of respiration consumption in spawn growing stage is 16 44%~17 12%,lignin degeneration ratio in mushroom growing stage is 73 83%~78 24%,lignocellulose degeneration ratio during the whole growing process is 78 09%~79 77%,absolute biological efficiency is 10 22%~11 41%,lignin in sawdust-saving culture substrate mainly degenerates in mushroom growing stage;The higher the degeneration ratio,the higher its absolute biological efficiency.However,lignin degeneration ratio does not go up with more lignin content.Lignin degeneration needs to be i...更多nitiated with an easily accessible out-side carbon source. 還原
