【中文摘要】 采用平板試驗(yàn)就四種殺菌劑對(duì)雙孢蘑菇及霉菌生長(zhǎng)的影響進(jìn)行了研究 ,篩選出了有效的殺菌劑及使用濃度。結(jié)果表明 ,氫氧化銅在使用濃度為 0 35 9g/L時(shí) ,既能抑制霉菌的生長(zhǎng) ,又對(duì)雙孢蘑菇菌絲的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育無不良影響 ,甚至有明顯的促進(jìn)作用 ,可在雙孢蘑菇栽培中使用

【英文摘要】 The effects of four fungicides on the hypha growth of Agaricus bisporus and the growth of moulds were studied by flat-board experiments.The effective fungicides and its concentrations were found.The results showed that copper hydroxide at concentration of 0 359/L not only could inhibit the growth of moulds but also had no bad effects on the hypha growth of Agaricus bisporus even had some obvious promotions.
