【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)利用兩種規(guī)格的UNICORNBAG培養(yǎng)香菇菌種 ,結(jié)果表明這種具有透氣膜的塑料袋既有良好的透氣性能 ,又能防止雜菌侵染 ,在菌種生產(chǎn)中具有裝袋簡(jiǎn)單快速 ,接種方便容易 ,萌發(fā)點(diǎn)多 ,菌種成熟快等優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,具有極好的應(yīng)用前景

【英文摘要】 Culture shiitake strain using UNICORN BAGS with two types in this experiment,the results showed that experimental bags with ventilating membrane either had a good ventilated funciton or can protect from infection of weed fungi,This bags are of filling simple and fast,inoculation convenient and easy,more mycelia sprout drops,and strain growing rapidly etc,and have a excellent aplication prospects in strain making and cultivation of mushrooms.
