【中文摘要】 本研究采用玉米秸稈和棉籽皮按 1∶1混合且無需發(fā)酵袋栽平菇的方法 ,生物學(xué)效率可高達 145 % ,污染率為零 ,菌絲增長符合邏輯斯第曲線 ,總體生長速度均超過純棉籽皮。含玉米秸稈 5 0 %、玉米秸稈長度為 1~ 2cm的處理在中后期一直屬于速度最快的。純棉籽皮處理菌絲長滿時間最長 ,含玉米秸稈 1~ 2cm的處理菌絲長滿時間均比 3~ 4cm的短。含玉米秸稈的處理子實體生長速度的高峰期均比棉籽皮滯后 ,出菇期較長。除純棉籽皮對照外 ,含 5 0 % 1~ 2cm玉米秸稈的處理的籽實體的生長速度高峰值最高 ,且到達峰值的時間比對照滯后約 2d。子實體產(chǎn)量增長符合指數(shù)增長曲線
【英文摘要】 In this study,there is no contamination in the formula used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus without fermentation using maize straw.The growth of hypha was in accordance with logistic curve.The general growth rates in the treatment containing maize straw were higher than those of pure cotton seed peel.The treatment containing 50% maize straw with its length 1~2cm was the fastest in the middle and later stage.In the treatment containing pure cotton seed peel,the time for full hypha growth is the longest but it is shorter in the treatment containing 1~2cm maize straw than that of 3~4cm.
