【中文摘要】 本文對目前人們經(jīng)常食用的十余種平菇類食用菌進行了栽培實驗,篩選出適宜于昆明地區(qū)栽培的平菇優(yōu)良品種,并對其營養(yǎng)成分,微量及常量元素的含量作出了分析評價。
【英文摘要】 The edible fungus (Pleurotus osteatus, Pleurotus sapidus etc.) familiar to people were cultivated and screening fine variety of strains was studied. Compare and contrast their merits and shortcomings on their cultivation and output evaluation by the nutrient constituent and trace elements contents.
