【中文摘要】 本文以金針菇液體種作為栽培種，進(jìn)行箱式栽培子實(shí)體，側(cè)重對(duì)不同波長(zhǎng)的光、ＣＯ２濃度、添加植物生長(zhǎng)劑、不同接種方式研究，得出箱式栽培的產(chǎn)量較袋式栽培高，生長(zhǎng)周期短。

【英文摘要】 Flammulina velutipes fermented broth was cultured in box of solid medium in order to get F. velutipes. The CO2 concentration, inoculating method, plant growth hormone, light ray, which may influence F.velutipes growing, were studied. 015020 gCO2/L air, red ray, mixing inoculation could make F. velutipes grow faster and produce more in solid medium.
