【中文摘要】 在玉米秸栽培平菇的試驗(yàn)中,對玉米秸的粉碎粒度,發(fā)酵處理方法以及適合玉米秸栽培的平菇品種的篩選都做了系統(tǒng)研究,結(jié)果表明,以孔徑15mm篩子粉碎料的效果最佳;發(fā)酵料料水比為1∶1保叮采用開放式發(fā)酵法效果最佳;適合玉米秸栽培的平菇品種以青豐3號和PL3兩個品種最好,生物學(xué)效率達(dá)120%以上。
【英文摘要】 s In this experiment,the size of the maize straw powder and the fermenting treatments of compost were studied.The strain selection of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in maize straw medium was also researched.The results show that the better diameter of sifter hole is 15mm and the optimal ratio of material and water is 1∶1 6 and the open fermenting method can get better effect.Qingfeng 3 and PL 3 are optimum strains cultivated in maize straw medium and their biological efficiency is more than 120%.
