【中文摘要】 作者以淀粉廢液為主要碳源,運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn),采用搖瓶發(fā)酵篩選香菇液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基。結(jié)果顯示,在以淀粉廢液為主要碳源的培養(yǎng)基中,每升含玉米漿10g,甲基纖維素10g,碳酸鎂8.8mg和硫酸亞鐵5mg最適宜于香菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。在諸因素中,甲基纖維素最重要。提示香菇液體發(fā)酵菌絲球的數(shù)量與大小,除與菌種、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分有關(guān)外,還與培養(yǎng)基的粘度(Viscosity)相關(guān)。添加適量的甲基纖維素能使香菇菌絲球變小,均勻而菌絲量增加。
【英文摘要】 Taking the amylaceous waste liquid as the main carbon source the author used the cross experiment and the shaking bottle fermentation to screen the shiitake liquid fermentation medium.The result showed that the medium, taking the amylaceous waste liquid as the main carbon source,containing te corn-steep liquor(CSL) 10g/L, the methycellulose 10g/L, the magnesium sulphate 8 8 mg/L and the ferrous sulphate 5 mg/L, was the best for the growing of the shiitake's hyphae and among which the methycellulose was most important factor. The experiment pointed out the quantity and the size of the shiitake fermentation hyphae sphericity were related to not only the shiitake's kinds and the composition of the nutrition, but also the viscosity of the medium. Adding apropriately the amount of the methycellulose, Shiitake hyphae sphericity was able to getting small and even, and increase the quantity of the hyphae.
