【中文摘要】 以玉米渣、馬鈴薯等為原料生產(chǎn)平菇液體菌種。用攪拌器進一步將菌絲打斷,使單位體積中產(chǎn)生更多菌絲片段,充分發(fā)揮液體菌種優(yōu)點。建立了液體菌種保藏和新接種方法。實踐證明,平菇液體菌種有推廣前途。
【英文摘要】 Corn crumbs, potato, etc. were used as raw materials of medium for preparing the liquid strain of oyster mushroom. In order to make advantages of liquid strain, the hyphae were further broken by stirrer, which produced more hypha fragments in a unit of volume. The methods of preservation and new inocution of the liquid strain of oyster mushroom were set up. It has been proved that using the liquid strain of oyster mushroom has a great popularized significance.
