【中文摘要】 雙孢蘑菇子實(shí)體(Agaricusbisporus)經(jīng)熱水提取,乙醇沉淀,胰蛋白酶消化,Sevag法去除蛋白質(zhì)等處理,得多糖。經(jīng)紫外可見光分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定無紫外吸收峰,為較純多糖。并研究了其對(duì)人肝癌SMMC-7721細(xì)胞生長曲線、有絲分裂指數(shù)及線粒體活性的影響,結(jié)果表明該多糖對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人肝癌SMMC-7721細(xì)胞增殖有一定抑制作用,抑癌實(shí)驗(yàn)證明該多糖對(duì)小鼠S-180實(shí)體瘤亦有一定抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 The polysacchride was isolated from the fruit bodies of Agaricus bisporus Sing. and verified by ultraviolet spectrum. The proliferation of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cell line was significantly inhibited by the treatment of 50ug/mL the polysacchride. The conclusion was proved by determining the variation of the growth curve, mitosis index and mitochodria activity. The inhibitory activity of the polysacchride against implanted S-180 tumor in mice was also perfromed with the 51.9% inhibition.
