【中文摘要】 雙孢蘑菇子實(shí)體（Ａｇａｒｉｃｕｓｂｉｓｐｏｒｕｓ）經(jīng)熱水提取，乙醇沉淀，胰蛋白酶消化，Ｓｅｖａｇ法去除蛋白質(zhì)等處理，得多糖。經(jīng)紫外可見光分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定無紫外吸收峰，為較純多糖。并研究了其對(duì)人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１細(xì)胞生長曲線、有絲分裂指數(shù)及線粒體活性的影響，結(jié)果表明該多糖對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１細(xì)胞增殖有一定抑制作用，抑癌實(shí)驗(yàn)證明該多糖對(duì)小鼠Ｓ－１８０實(shí)體瘤亦有一定抑制作用。

【英文摘要】 The polysacchride was isolated from the fruit bodies of Agaricus bisporus Sing. and verified by ultraviolet spectrum. The proliferation of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cell line was significantly inhibited by the treatment of 50ug/mL the polysacchride. The conclusion was proved by determining the variation of the growth curve, mitosis index and mitochodria activity. The inhibitory activity of the polysacchride against implanted S-180 tumor in mice was also perfromed with the 51.9% inhibition.
