【中文摘要】 本文報(bào)道了一種以紙電泳分析香菇嘌呤的方法,該法能很好地分離各種核苷酸干擾物,回收率為89%,相對(duì)誤差5%。本文重點(diǎn)報(bào)導(dǎo)了從香菇柄中提取香菇嘌呤的方法,研究證實(shí)菇柄按1:8~10的固液比加75%(v/v)的乙醇在自然狀況下浸泡6hr,搗至2mm×5mm的漿狀,于83~85℃水浴中回流萃取2hr,香菇漂呤的提取得率可達(dá)161mg%,比資料報(bào)道的70mg%高2.3倍。
【英文摘要】 A analytical method for eritadenine using paper electrophoresis was reported. The interfer- ences of the vary nucleotides could be seperated. The rate of recovery of this method was 89%, and the rela- tive error was 5%. A extracting method of eritadenine from the stem of Lentinus edodes was also reported. The better technique of extraction was proofed as follows : A portion of the stem of L. edodes was naturally soaked with 810 portion of 75% (v/v) alcohol for 6 hours, then was pounded to small pieces which the size was 2mm× 5mm. After that, the pulp was extracted for 2 hours at 8385℃. The rate of extraction of eritadinine was 161 mg%, it was 2.3 times as much as 70mg% that was reported by the reference.
