【中文摘要】 本文選用33個香菇菌株進(jìn)行了拮抗性測定,同時比較了菌株間菌絲生長速度和CMC酶活性變化。結(jié)果顯示:不同的生態(tài)環(huán)境和栽培條件造成菌種的遺傳差異。根據(jù)栽培地區(qū)不同這些菌種可分三大類。不同類菌株間桔抗性強,同一類中有些菌株與其余菌株間形成很明顯的拮抗線,如087,241—4,7402,農(nóng)①等,而有些菌株間拮抗線卻很弱,如W08,W09,W10等。說明這些菌株間遺傳差異較小,遺傳同源性較強。
【英文摘要】 ntagonistic test was used to analysis 33 cultivated strains of Lentinus edodes.At the same timemycelial growth rate and relative activity of endoglucanase were compared within the strains.Results showthat:Different environments and cultivated technique will cause genetlc diversity in the L. edodes strains. These strains were divided into three groups from the result. High resistence between different groups, inthe same group,a part of strains have higher resistence, such as 087,241-4, 7402,農(nóng)①et al. But part ofstrains haven't resistence,such as W08, W09 et al. It suggested that there is a little genetic variation amongthose strains.
