【中文摘要】 本試驗(yàn)是在ＰＤＡ培養(yǎng)叢中，添加不同濃度的高美施微肥，通過(guò)兩個(gè)供試菌株的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)，選出了適宜各菌抹的最佳高美施生長(zhǎng)濃度，結(jié)果，不同苗株在不同濃反的高美施培養(yǎng)基中的在現(xiàn)不一致。因此．在制種工作中，要根據(jù)平菇不同品種的特征特性來(lái)確定其最佳生長(zhǎng)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)條件。高美施在平菇母種制種技術(shù)上的應(yīng)用在國(guó)內(nèi)屬首次報(bào)道。

【英文摘要】 In this experiment,we added Komix to the PDA substratum in different concentration which is used tocultivate two given strains in contract and found out that each strain react to various concentration.By thisway,we found the best concentration for growth and development which is suitable for different strains.Sowe should choose the best nutritious conditions for growth according to characteristics of various culti-vating strains.For the first time it is reported internally that Komix is applied to preparing stock culture ofPkurotus.
