【中文摘要】 本文采用一種較為簡(jiǎn)單易行、高效、選擇性強(qiáng)的單孢分離法,分離獲得雙孢蘑菇的單孢菌林158株,并對(duì)這些單孢菌株的培養(yǎng)性狀、菌絲間融合和自發(fā)營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷型等進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:來自同一子實(shí)體的許多單孢子在PDA培養(yǎng)基上其菌絲體形態(tài)、生長(zhǎng)速度均有顯著差異:?jiǎn)捂呔曛g的融合率為18.1%;單孢菌株中存在自發(fā)營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷型,自然發(fā)生率為10.15%;活蘑菇菌絲體及高濃度孢子懸液對(duì)于單孢子萌發(fā)均具明顯的促進(jìn)作用。
【英文摘要】 A simple,rapid and high selective method of monospore separation-is reported.158 monosporus strains of Agaricus bisporus were separated by this method.And thenthe studies on cultural harater,mycelial fusion and spontaneous auxotrophic mutant ofthese monosporous strains bad been done,The results show that monospones coming fromthe same fruitbody,when growing on PDA culture medium,show marked difference inmycelial morphologic character and growth speed;their mycelial fusion rate is 18.1%and the spontaneous auxotrophic mutant rate is 10.15%,Both of living mycelia ofAgaricus bisporus and high concentration of monosporus suspension are effectual tostimulate monospore to germinate.
