【中文摘要】 我國食用菌覆土歷史流長,食用菌履土機(jī)制理論日益豐富,栽培技術(shù)日臻完善。食用菌覆土技術(shù)廣泛地應(yīng)用在食用菌生產(chǎn)上,表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的生物學(xué)效應(yīng),促進(jìn)生長效應(yīng)、后動效應(yīng)與優(yōu)質(zhì)效應(yīng),有效地增加菇的產(chǎn)量,一般增產(chǎn)20—40%,有些菇類增產(chǎn)200%以上,顯示出很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會效益及廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
【英文摘要】 Abstract In this paper the long history of casing cultivation of edible mushroomswas reviewed and the mechanism of that was expouned and the applicationwas introduced.In recent years the casing technique had wide application andhad got good economic results and social benefits,In practics application ofcasing technique can speed growth long time and improve quality and increa-se out put of edible mushrooms in general rule, The output of various ediblemushrooms had been increased from 20 200%respectively,We shouldbelieve that application of casing technique has wide prospect.
