【中文摘要】 安徽繁昌泥炭經(jīng)混合酸水解獲得的提取液,1:1稀釋后作為食用菌P,djemour深層發(fā)酵的底物。在沒有葡萄糖和其他碳源營養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充時(shí),該泥炭提取液中95%的總碳水化合物可以被食用菌P,djemour利用,并生成球形菌絲休,菌絲干重7克/升。正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:在1:1稀釋的泥炭提取液中補(bǔ)加1.5%葡萄糖,0.5%酵母抽提物和0.1%的蛋白胨時(shí),平均菌絲干重為12.44克/升。最高菌絲產(chǎn)量13.1克/升。方差分析結(jié)果表明:葡萄糖水平均變化對(duì)產(chǎn)量影響最大;酵母抽提物添加量在0.3~0.5%平變化對(duì)菌絲產(chǎn)量無顯著影響。
【英文摘要】 The production of mushroom mycelian pellets by Pleurotus djamotir from acidic peat extract was tested in shake-flask fermentation. This peat extract was obtained from Fan-Chang peatland near Wuhu, Anhui, China,Without supplement of glucose,95 percent of carbonhydrate from the peat extract diluted in the ratio 1:1 with water was utilized as a carbon nutrient source by P.djamour,The best result of 7g dry myce-lium/L was observed when the peat extract was supplemented only by 0.5%yeast extract. Adding glucose moderately to above culture can enhence the growth of P. djamour. However,adding 2.59% glucose can inhibit the grwoth of mycelium,In order to find out the optimum formula of peat extract complex medium,the orthogonal design with three factors at three levels was applied in shake-flask experiments.The variance analysis of orthogonal test shows that the optimum formula with the average weight of l2.44f dry mycelium/L consists of 0.5%yeast extract,1.5%glucose and 0.1%peptone,and that tl...更多ie influence of the concentration of glucose supplemented on the production of mushr-oom mycelium was extreamly remarkble, while the influence of yeast extract was not impressive at above three levels. 還原
