【中文摘要】 香菇嘌呤是香菇特有的降血脂作用很強(qiáng)的一種腺嘌呤衍生物，其功效比降血脂常用藥安妥明強(qiáng)１０倍。香菇嘌呤具有各種空間異構(gòu)體和衍生物，有許多也具有降血脂功能，其中香菇嘌呤的酯矣具有比香菇嘌呤還強(qiáng)１０倍的降血脂功效。香菇嘌呤可以通過子實(shí)體或菌絲體提取及合成法制備得到，但由于香菇嘌呤的副作用還未得到確證，制備及分析上也存在一定問題，香菇嘌呤還未能付諸應(yīng)用。

【英文摘要】 Eritadenine is an adenine derivative isolated from Lentinus edodes only,it lowers all the plasma lipid levels and it is more than 10 times as activesas clofibrate. There are many stereoisomers and derivatives of eritadenine,which have hypolipidemic activities. The most active detivatives are eritadenineesters, which are 10 times more active than eritadenine,Eritadenine which canbe isolated from fruit bodies or fused mycelia of L. edodes,can be systhesizedfrom some common starting materials.The feasibility of its application isalso discussed.
