【中文摘要】 本文分析了上海食用菌生產(chǎn)滑坡的原因,闡述了在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下,建立新的食用菌技術(shù)推廣體系的基本思路和具體措施,對扭轉(zhuǎn)上海食用菌生產(chǎn)萎縮的局面,為大都市城郊型、創(chuàng)匯型、生態(tài)型和庭園型農(nóng)業(yè)──食用菌生產(chǎn)的振興,提出了一些新的見解,描繪了上海食用菌在科技、生產(chǎn)、加工、貿(mào)易等方面發(fā)揮綜合優(yōu)勢,再造輝煌業(yè)績的宏偉藍圖。
【英文摘要】 Abstract The reasons of decline of Shanghai mushroom production in recent years was analyze in this article.Essential idear and specific measures to set up a new mushroom technical populization system in case of socialistic market economics was showed,lt was deseribed to develope Shangliai mushroom production and set up a new city-suburbs,exported,eco-logical and garden agriculture,It was predicted to rebuild up a grand prospects in Shanghai mushroom production due to giving full play to superiority of science technology,production,processing and commerce in Shanghai.
