【中文摘要】 猴頭菌點種法單孢分離是在注射法和稀釋法基礎上改進的一種單孢分離方法。經(jīng)７５２次單孢分離，已成功獲得１４６個單核菌絲。單孢率為４４．４％，雙孢率不足１％，零孢率為５４．６％。實驗證明點種法單孢分離可靠，且點種器制作簡單，取材方便成本低，是目前較適宜普及推廣應用的單孢分離方法。

【英文摘要】 Based on the injection method and the dilution method,the drop culture method(DCM)was designed for the monospore isolation of Hericium erinaceus of 752 drops,onespore drops was 44.4%, two spore drops less than 1%and spore-free drops 54.0%,Theresults showed the DCM was effective and practicable, and the instrument for the DCM was simple and inexpensive.
