【中文摘要】 本文研究結果表明:在猴頭菌絲體生長過程中纖維素酶活力變化趨勢為由高到低,多酚氧化酶活力變化趨勢為由較低到高再降低。AG與2·4-D處理菌絲體提高了這兩種酶的活力,但沒有改變其變化規(guī)律。培養(yǎng)基中還原糖含量隨著菌絲體生長由高到低,處理與對照間無明顯差異。據(jù)此我們認為猴頭菌絲體在生長初期可能以纖維素為主,到中期以木質(zhì)素為主。GA、2.4-D可提高二酶的活力并促進菌絲體對碳源的吸收,但不改變纖維素、木質(zhì)素的利用順序。二調(diào)節(jié)劑處理相比,24-D對酶活力的提高要好于GA處理。
【英文摘要】 The study results showed that the changes of activities of cellulase were from high tOlow and those of polyphenol oxidase were from low to high and to low again,Theactivities of two enzymes increased as hyphae were treatmented by GA and 2·4-D,butthe change trend of them were not changed. The content of reduction carbohydrates wasfrom high to low as hyphae growing. There was no difference between treatment and CK. We consider that hyphae used cellulose mainly in initial days and lignin was used mainlyin middle days.2·4-D and GA could enhance activities of two enzymes and capable ofusing carbon resource. But they could not change order of using cellulose and lignin.Comparing treatment of 2·4-D that of GA, the former was better than latter in effectingon activities of two enzymes.
