【中文摘要】 用單孢分離、基本分離和組織分離獲得銀耳菌,銀耳菌的純培養(yǎng)與伴生菌長(zhǎng)在一起成為銀耳母種。在三種方法中,以單孢分離獲得的銀耳原基、基內(nèi)菌絲與伴生菌配制的母種質(zhì)量好,成功率亦高?;鶅?nèi)分離純培養(yǎng)的方法不如單孢分離的方法好,基內(nèi)分離銀耳菌絲和伴生菌的混合物,得到的母種質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。組織分離的方法不能采用。
【英文摘要】 The mycelia of Tremella fuciformis can be obtained by single spore isolation, mycelia isolation in medium or tissue isolation . These pure cultures can be cultured with associated fungi and thus become the master cultures of T. fuciformis. Among the three methods,the single spore isolation is the best one,Because primordia and medium mycelia,which are got by single spore isolation,can produce the master cultures with associatedfungi, the quality of the master culture is good and also can be got easily.But the pure culture of mycelia isolation in medium is not as good as that of singlespore isolation.The.mixed matter of the mycelia and the associated fungi which are obtained bymycelia isolation in medium is not sable. The way of tissue isolation is not practical.
