【中文摘要】 酸性蛋白酶抑制劑─福菇肽能有好地抑制食用菌體內(nèi)的酸性蛋白酶的活力,激活中性蛋白酶的活力,調(diào)節(jié)食用菌體內(nèi)蛋白酶的代謝,具有促進(jìn)子實(shí)體形成、增加子實(shí)體的數(shù)目、加速子實(shí)體生長(zhǎng)的作用。將酸性蛋白酶抑制劑作為菇類(lèi)增產(chǎn)劑應(yīng)用于食用菌生產(chǎn)上表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的生物學(xué)效應(yīng):促進(jìn)生長(zhǎng)效應(yīng)、后勁效應(yīng)與優(yōu)質(zhì)效應(yīng)。有效地增加菇的產(chǎn)量、提高菇的品質(zhì),在大面積推廣應(yīng)用中展示出顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會(huì)效益和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
【英文摘要】 Theprote inase inhibitor inhibits effectively the acid proteinase and activates the natutralproteinase in the bodies of mushrooms,It can not only promote the formation of fruitingbodies of mushrooms and increase the number of them,but also raise the utilization rationof the nutrition of the medium by mushrooms.The good biological properties are shownwhen the acid proteinase inhibitor used as a mushroom production increasing agent,which are characterized by the quick growing effect, high quality effect and delayedeffect, Thus the production of mushrooms can be increased remarkably and the qualityof the mushrooms raised evidently with the utilization of the inhibitor,The large scaleand popular application of the acid proteinase inhibitor will create a great social andeconomical effect.
