【中文摘要】 用煙葉或煙葉與棉籽殼搭配栽培平菇菌,則平菇菌的菌絲體,子實體生長和菇的產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)與生物效率,都優(yōu)于純棉籽殼培養(yǎng)基。其中尤以80%煙葉搭配20%棉籽殼(按濕料重)的處理,菇的產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)表現(xiàn)最好。這一結(jié)果不僅豐富了食用菌培養(yǎng)料的來源;而且有利于廢棄煙葉和煙葉下腳料的開發(fā)利用,給廣大煙農(nóng)和卷煙廠帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

【英文摘要】 By utilizing tobacco leaves-alone or tobacco leaves plus cotton seed shells to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus fungus,it is showed that the growth of mycelia and sporophores of them and the yield,quality and biological efficiency of their fruitbodies were superior to those of the medium of pure cotton seed shells.Especially the treatment of 80 percent tobacco leaves plus 20 percent cotton seed shells(ac- cording to the wet material weight)was the best in fruitbodies'yield and quality of all treatments。This result not only enriches the sources of materials for cultivation of edible fungi,but also advantages the exploitation and utilization of waste tobacco leaves and tobacco leaf residues.Thus it can bring about great benefit for tobacco growers and cigarette factories。
