【中文摘要】 本文研究了木耳子實體階段酪氨酸酶活性與培養(yǎng)溫度和光照以及子實體顏色的關系。結果表明:木耳子實體階段酪氨酸酶活性是同時受溫度和光照兩個因素影響的。光照表現為正效應;較低的溫度表現為正效應,較高的溫度則表現為負效應。溫光影響木耳子實體顏色變化的原因之一是由于溫光對酪氨酸酶活性的影響作用,導致了子實體中黑色素含量的不同。
【英文摘要】 In this paper the relationship of activities of tyrosinase with the cultivation tempera- ture and light as well as the fruithody colour during fruiting of Auricularia curicula were studied.The result showed that both temperature and light have a nolable effect on the activities of tyrosinase.The light and lower temperature have a positive effect,but the higher temperature have a negaitve effect.One of the reasons that temperature and light affect the fruitbody colour is that temperature and light have a effect on the activities of tyrosinase,which result in the difference of melanin content of fruitbody.
