【中文摘要】 觀察蘑菇受多種競爭性真菌危害的栽培生產(chǎn)料119塊后,顯示出:競爭性真菌危害面積百分率(X)和實際總產(chǎn)菇量(Y)成負相關(guān),直線回歸方程式 Y=1021.04-5.491X。危害面積百分率(X)和實際產(chǎn)菇損失率(Z)成正相關(guān),直線回歸方程式 Z=0.549X-2.182;以危害面積百分率乘50%后的變換估計損失率和實際損失率間的 t 測驗后(t 值=1.939D-02)二組間無差異。從而提出蘑菇競爭性真菌危害的病情指數(shù)分級標準可采用:危害面積百分率法,或以危害面積百分率中,按統(tǒng)一地10%或20%的等差級數(shù)劃分出的11級或6級標準。并提示以病情指數(shù)乘以50%可作為產(chǎn)菇量的危害損失率。
【英文摘要】 119 Nutrient pieces prepared for culture of mushroom,infectedwith competitive fungi had been observed,the result was that the percentage of infected area (X) was negatively interrelated with actual total product of mushroom (Y) and positively with product losses (Z)these can bc expressed as following regression equations:Y=1021.94-5.4914.X (r=|-0.9281|>P0.01)Z=0.549·X-2.182 (r=0.9281>P0.01) One half of the percentage of infected area was not significantly different with actual product losses,(T—test,T=1.939D—02<P0.9),it indicated that the percentage of infected area or it's presentative degrees made in the way of arithmetical progression can be used as the criterion of the infected index of nutrient piece prepared for culture of mushroom when it is infected with fungi competition in mushrooms,and the rate of product lois of mushroom was equal to fifty percent of the infected index.
