【中文摘要】 本文采用幾丁質(zhì)分析法測(cè)定了黑木耳代料栽培培養(yǎng)料中的菌絲生物量,并就不同溫光條件下的黑木耳菌絲生物量與發(fā)菌時(shí)間、產(chǎn)量、子實(shí)體粗蛋白含量和總糖含量等生產(chǎn)性能之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了分析研究。
【英文摘要】 The mycelial biomass of Auricularia auricula cultivated substrate were determined by the chitin assay. Meanwhile, the interretation of mycelial biomass of Auricularia auricula spawning under different temperature and light with productive function, such as the spawn run time, the yield of Auricularia auricula, the crude protein content and total sugar content of fruitbody, were analyzed.
