【中文摘要】 采用改進(jìn)了的合成培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)佛羅里達(dá)側(cè)耳(Pleu-rotus florida)菌絲體,在培養(yǎng)基里分別加入不同濃度的硼(B)和鋅(Zn)。實驗證明,低濃度的B對菌絲體生長沒有明顯的影響,可溶性糖含量下降,蛋白質(zhì)含量提高;Zn濃度在5 ppm以內(nèi),明顯地促進(jìn)菌絲體生長,菌絲體可溶性搪含量增加;但對蛋白質(zhì)含量無明顯影響;B、Zn襲度在10ppm以上,對菌絲體生長均顯抑制作用,但菌絲體的蛋白質(zhì)和可溶性糖含量都比對照增加。
【英文摘要】 Mycelia of Pleurotus florida were inoculated by addition of different content of B and Zn to the synthetic medium. The growth of mycelium was not effect obviously and the protein was higher and the soluble carbohydrate was lower in a low concentration of B. The growth was stimulated in range of 5 ppm of Zn. 2ppm of Zn was optimal concentration in the medium. The growth of mycelium was inhibited but the protein and the soluble carbohydrate content was increased above 10ppm of B and Zn.
