【中文摘要】 本文報道采用雜交方法進行平菇育種的研究,通過單核菌絲的特性觀察,配對雜交,拮抗試驗,同工酶分析,出菇試驗和品比試驗,篩選出了2個高溫型的高產(chǎn)雜交組合13—8×8—54和26—11×8—54。在品比試驗中,13—8×8—54的生物轉(zhuǎn)化率為107.2%,單產(chǎn)比優(yōu)勢親本和對照增產(chǎn)22.6%;26—11×8—54單的生物轉(zhuǎn)化率為103.2%,單產(chǎn)比優(yōu)勢親本和時照分別增產(chǎn)24.0%和17.7%。研究結(jié)果表明采用不同遺傳類型的親本進行雜交,這是選育平菇新品種的一條快速、有效的途徑。
【英文摘要】 In this paper, the cross-breeding of Pleurotus were studied, through the survey of the characteristics of simple-karyon mycelium. paired cross-breeding, antagonism and strain test, isozymes analysis and flushing fruitbody, 13-8×8-54 and 26-11×8-54 that are the high-temperature resistant and high-yielding heterokayons were screened,In the strain test, the biological transformation of 13-8×8-54 and 26-11×8-54 was 107.2% and 103.2% respectively, perunit yield of the former was/22.6% higher than that of the high-yielding parent and the contrast, and that of the latter increased by 24.0% and 17.7% as compared with that of the hig h-yielding parent and the contrast respectively. The result showed that crossing the parents by different genetic types was a first and effective way to breed new strains of Pleurotus.
