【中文摘要】 <正> 草菇菌絲體經(jīng)CO605,000侖琴輻射后,其后代子實(shí)體發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯變化,主要表現(xiàn)在子實(shí)體形狀和顏色上的變化,試圖通過測定多酚氧化酶活性的變化,了解輻射對草菇代謝的影響,為今后的選育工作提供生理生化指標(biāo)。材料與方法 1.材料:采用本實(shí)驗(yàn)室采集的野生草菇菌株和三明真菌研究所提供的V85菌株,接種三天后經(jīng)CO605,000侖琴輻射處理,于稻草料床上栽培,七天后取旦期子實(shí)體為供試材料。 2.方法:取子實(shí)體若干于冰浴中研磨,加入適量0.1MpH7.2磷酸緩沖液,4000rpm離心10分鐘,上清液為測定之酶液,溶液濃
【英文摘要】 Two strains of the straw mushrooms were treated with radiated Co60 r-ray at five thousand R., then they were cultured with the straw bed. The polyphenol oxidase activity in the fruitbody of the radiated strain of V85 was little higher than its Ck's. However, the activity of the radiated wild strain's was much lower than its Ck's. The result is here-presented on the Fig.
