【摘要】 對(duì)10株猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)菌株的菌絲多糖產(chǎn)量和體外免疫活性進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明:不同的猴頭菌菌株發(fā)酵所產(chǎn)生的菌絲多糖量及其多糖對(duì)刺激巨噬細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生NO的產(chǎn)量不同;其中華中猴頭(H10)不僅菌絲多糖量高且對(duì)巨噬細(xì)胞的刺激作用也較強(qiáng),可作為深層發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)猴頭菌菌絲多糖的優(yōu)良菌株。
【Abstract】 Mycelial polysaccharide(PS) production by ten Hericium erinaceus strains grown in submerged culture,and the effect of the polysaccharides on nitric oxide production by RAW264.7 macrophages,were compared.Highest total NO stimulating activity(mycelial yield×NO stimulating activity per unit of PS) was recorded for cultures of H.erinaceus strain H10(Huazhong).
