【摘要】 以柱狀田頭菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)子實體干品及其經(jīng)蒸餾得到的的餾分為萃取樣品,采用頂空固相微萃取法(headspace solid-phase micro-extraction,HS-SPME)進行揮發(fā)性成分提取,氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法(gaschromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)進行定性定量分析,綜合評價柱狀田頭菇子實體揮發(fā)性成分。試驗共檢測到99種揮發(fā)性成分,其中干品樣品59種,主要為酸類;餾分中55種,主要為醛類和酮類;干品和餾分中檢測到相同組分有15種。
【Abstract】 Volatile components in a fraction derived by steam distillation of dried Agrocybe cylindracea fruit bodies and present in the original dried material were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction(HS-SPME).Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry identified 59 and 55 volatile components in the dried fruit bodies and the distillate,respectively.Volatile compounds in dried fruit bodies consisted mainly of acids while the distillate contained mainly aldehydes and ketones.Quantification using ...
